This home in Oswego, Illinois, is spacious (like having your own private hotel) and ideal for families, groups of friends, business groups, and those in the industry. Great location in a family neighborhood just 5 blocks from Fox River 15 minutes from Naperville, 45 minutes from Ohare Airport. The “ loft" style living room features 25 foot ceilings: The living room opens to a private back yard. Part of it fenced if you have small children. Cook in our spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Barbecue in the back yard. The house is baby friendly; we have safety gate on the stairs, and a fenced yard, 1 high chair and 1 crib/cot available at no extra charge. The house is ideal for families with babies or toddlers, and we are located walking distance to a huge playground area and Lake. We have Canoes that can be used on the lake or river a few blocks away. Sleeping arrangements: the master has a King bed, the Cellar guest bedroom has a King bed , and the rear guest bedroom has a queen bed and the center bed room has a queen bed, the office room converted to bedroom has a full bed. Additionally, there are two full size roll-aways, and a Queen Mattress in the cellar and a queen memory foam futon. Those four "portable" beds and be placed in the cellar or living room. Upstairs, the master suite has a King Bed, private bathroom with shower and soaker tub with twin vanity. The sofas are also suitable for sleeping up to 3 children if you bring sleeping bags, ( or extra bedding is available) but the sofa is not counted in the overall sleeping capacity of the house which I put at just 10 because that is the level at which everyone has lots of room. But if you had two families with kids, you could squeeze as many kids into the house as you needed to. Enjoy full use of the laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and steamer. Garden seating and table is conveniently located off the side patio, with retractable awning and gas grill so you can take your party outside.  Comfortable beds and luxurious bedding awaits you in each of the two bedrooms. From the second floor private deck, marvel at the water, trees and birds. The screened in patio is a nice outdoor scape without the annoyance of mosquitos and gnats.
